Monthly Carter's Corner Meal Delivery

Our program was launched with parents in mind and in addition to food we provide various resources including books, blankets and parking passes.

Prematurity Awareness Month
When Carter was first born his "care" was scheduled. His diaper changes and the few ml's of food he was given were on a schedule. This was known as the schedule for his "cares" and we would make sure that we were there because it was the time that we got to help take care of him. It was the sense of normalcy that we craved and a chance for us to learn more about what he needed as a micro-preemie.
Join us as we educate the public about prematurity this month!

In 2021, the CDC reported that approximately 1 in 44 children in the U.S. is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), according to 2018 data.
What are some important things to know about ASD?
What are some ways that we can help children with autism communicate?
Are there resources that are available for children who have autism?
Please join Carter G. Cares and Speech Pathologist Ms. Kenya Blocker on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 7pm EST on Facebook Live for a Q/A on Speech Therapy and Autism.

We are partnering with Franklin Square Medical Center to create Carter's Corner! Our organization will sponsor food for the NICU nutritional room and various items to support families monthly. March 2020 was our first month and so far we have been able also to give away books, blankets, and parking vouchers! So excited about this opportunity to bless others! Thanks to everyone who continues to support Carter G. Cares Inc. Deliveries are made every first Friday of each month!
